Refund policy

At BrivoraHaven.com, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging whenever possible. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

To start a return, please contact us at BethSantiago3117@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
